Do we ship internationally?
Yes we do ship all around the world.

Do we provide MTO (made to order)?
No we don’t, but we believe our size variants covers most sizes needed.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depends on where you live. We shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia. If you live in Jakarta or around the area, it will probably take 1-3 days to arrive. If you live outside Jakarta, probably will take 3-5 days to arrive. If you live outside Indonesia, mostly it will take 10 – 15 days to arrive depends on the logistic.

How do I place return / exchange?
We want you to have the perfect and proper size and fit on you, so we provide 2 days after package arrived policy for exchange with terms that the product is still eligible and proper for exchange, size to exchange still available, all tags still intact, no stain, no creases on jeans. We will check the item first and if we think it’s proper for exchange, we will ship the size you want. Please make sure to check the sizechart provided to avoid any exchanges. 

Can I return / exchange items I bought on sale?
Unfortunately, all items purchased during a sale or marked at a discounted rate cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you send them back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to our customer service before placing your order.

CARE

How do I care for my AYE & CO  items? 

We select and test fabrics to ensure that all garments may be machine-washed easily. That said, please follow the care instructions of each garment on the label.. When in doubt, hand wash always wins. And if you want to use the washer, please place them with similar colors. 

Our three rules to go by: 

Hand wash — For denim and delicate items stick to spot cleaning only. Otherwise, handwash cold with a mild detergent to maintain the colour and feel. Leave to soak inside out for a few minutes, then treat with a fabric conditioner and anti bacterial soap in the final rinse to keep its feel and clean. Rinse well in cold water and avoid wringing, keep to line drying your garment inside-out, away from the sunlight. 

Wash cold — Wash clothes and denim in cold water, as opposed to warm or hot, and always wait until you have a full load. Hang or lay flat to dry. 

Steaming and ironing — For tshirt and outerwear, turn your garment inside out and iron it on the lowest setting. Spray some water to help straighten out the wrinkles. 

For denim, never ever iron.
